In our day to day lives, how much time do we spend focusing on how great God is? If we really thing about it, the true greatness of God should blow our minds. Psalm 48:1 “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.” If we really want to know and draw close to the Lord, think about how great God is! He is the Great Deliverer! He is the Great God! He is the Great Saviour. He is great in mercy! He is great in power! He is great in love! He is great in creation! He is the King of kings. He is the Lord of lords! He alone is worthy! He is the Lord God Omnipotent!
He is greatly to be praised! He is great in strength! He does great and wondrous things! He is great in salvation! His great sacrifice provided our great salvation! He is great in love and His great love was shown in His great sacrifice! He is the Great King!
Let’s spend time today looking at the greatness of our God!
